A compassionate, trauma aware approach to understanding your patterns, behaviours and experiences so you can create meaningful change.

With 23 years' NHS experience as a GPhC registered Pharmacy Technician, I've spent much of my career helping people understand and improve their health.
What fascinated me most wasn't what people needed to do, it was understanding why change felt easy for some people and much harder for others.
Again and again, I met people who knew what would benefit their health and wellbeing, yet struggled to put it into practice consistently. That curiosity led me beyond traditional healthcare into coaching, behaviour change, nervous system education and transformational work.
After navigating my own experiences of Graves' Disease, asthma and grief, I became increasingly interested in the connection between our experiences, beliefs, behaviours, health and wellbeing, and how they shape the lives we create.
Today I combine coaching, behaviour change and transformational approaches to help people understand the patterns shaping their lives and create meaningful change that feels realistic, sustainable and aligned with who they want to become.
As a Member of the Royal Society for Public Health (MRSPH), I continue to expand my training and contribute to research exploring the relationship between emotional wellbeing, behaviour change and health.
I was also a co-author on a published research paper exploring menopause and perimenopause, further supporting my interest in how mind, body and life experiences influence wellbeing.
Whether you're navigating a health challenge, a major life transition, a loss of confidence, or simply feel like you've lost your way somewhere along the journey, my role is to help you understand what's really getting in the way so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence and self trust.
🦓 The Meaning Behind the Zebra print
People often ask why I chose zebra print for my branding.
The truth is, it chose me.
For years I was drawn to black and white patterns without really knowing why. Later, I learned that zebras symbolise individuality, contrast and patterns, something that felt surprisingly aligned with the work I do.
No two zebras have the same stripes, and no two people have the same story.
Our experiences shape how we think, feel and behave, often in ways we don't fully recognise.
That's what fascinates me.
Helping people understand the patterns behind their thoughts, behaviours, health challenges and life experiences, not to judge them, but to understand them.
Because meaningful change doesn't come from becoming someone else.
It comes from understanding yourself more deeply, embracing all parts of who you are, and creating change from that place.
