Hello & Welcome to My Mind & Body Health Coaching Site

My Story

I’m Tracey LC Wilson MRSPH, a Mind & Body Health Coach and Cognitive Rewiring Practitioner with 23 years’ NHS experience as a GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician.
My work combines science, emotional awareness and lived experience to help people understand their patterns, regulate their nervous system and rebuild their sense of steadiness from the inside out.

Between 2016 and 2017, I lost my mum, gran and a close family friend who was like an Aunt and sister to me.
I thought I was coping, but over time, my body began showing signs that I wasn’t.

I went from always working out and being very physically fit to struggling to climb my own stairs.

For two years, doctors worked to stabilise my thyroid, and in 2022 I was told I might need it removed. Around the same time, I’d just lost my dad, and I began wondering how much of what I was experiencing was connected to stress and unprocessed emotions.

That’s when I started exploring ways to support my mental and emotional health — less excessive exercising, more meditation, walking, journalling, slowing down, and understanding what my body was trying to tell me.

I continue to use these tools personally and professionally — and they’ve transformed not just my autoimmune symptoms, but my overall sense of balance and energy.

It was during this time that I discovered BCCR® (Belief Coding® Cognitive Rewiring) — a gentle, now science-backed process that helps the subconscious and nervous system safely release old emotional patterns.
After my first session, something shifted.
Within months, I came off medication, and my blood results stabilised for the first time since diagnosis.

Even the asthma I’d lived with since age 7 improved significantly. There were nights I’d fall asleep holding my inhaler — now, I sometimes forget where I’ve left it.

Research & Training

I’m trained in BCCR® (Belief Coding® Cognitive Rewiring), Life Coaching, Behavioural Change, Vanta Breathwork, Reiki and Level 4 Nutrition.

As a Member of the Royal Society for Public Health (MRSPH), I uphold evidence-based standards in my practice while continuing to expand my training in mind–body wellbeing.

In 2025, I was given the opportunity by BCCR founder Jessica Cunningham to be part of the menopause and perimenopause research led by neuroscientist Abhijeet Satani, Chief of Science for Belief Coding®

I worked with another 3 amazing practitioners during this time.

Our research explored how emotional regulation and subconscious rewiring impact the symptoms associated with hormonal transitions.

This study will be published in the Cureus Journal and indexed on PubMed in late 2025 / early 2026.

I’ve also been invited to appear in the upcoming BCCR® documentary “Is It Really Menopause?”, featured in Carol Azam’s “Unbreakable Women” collection, and collaborated on podcasts and radio projects with Ray Coates, sharing my Message of TLC.

My Approach

Although I’m trauma-informed, I’m not a therapist or doctor.
I always work within my scope and refer where appropriate.
My approach centres on emotional clarity, nervous-system regulation and realistic self-care.

My work isn’t about “fixing” people — it’s about helping them understand themselves, ease the internal pressure, and reconnect with their natural balance.

It may not always be possible to change a diagnosis, but it is possible to change how your body and mind experience it — and that can make life far more comfortable and empowering.
