Holistic Health & Wellbeing coaching is an approach that focuses on the overall well-being of individuals by addressing various aspects of their lives, including health, well-being, nutrition, self-development, mindset, core belief re-programming, and reframing past experiences to help create new perspectives which create positive change and habits to move forward in whatever way you need to, to be the best version of you possible. Holistic just means ‘Addressing the whole person’. We can address all areas of life that may be affecting your Health and wellbeing.
No, you do not need to be spiritual for holistic approaches to coaching and Belief coding® to work. These techniques are not dependent on any specific spiritual or religious beliefs. The focus is on personal growth, mindset transformation, and creating positive change in various aspects of your life. The coaching process respects and honours your individual beliefs and values and will not alter them unless that is the outcome you desire. The key is being open to change and willing to do the inner work required for personal growth and transformation. A lot of these techniques are Science Backed as well as spiritual, so just being open to trying them and trusting the process and allowing yourself to change or heal.
Health, well-being, and nutrition coaching involve providing guidance and support to clients in areas such as healthy eating, exercise, stress management, self-care, and overall lifestyle choices to improve their physical and mental well-being.
Belief Coding® facilitation is a transformative process, Science Backed through EEG trials, that helps individuals identify and release limiting beliefs , trapped emotions and negative thought patterns that may be hindering their progress or causing physical issues in their health and well-being.
It is important to note that Belief Coding® facilitation is not talk therapy and requires very little detail about specific memories.
During a Belief Coding® session, techniques are used to reprogram the mind and cultivate a positive and empowering mindset.
The facilitator assists the client in understanding why they think, feel, or behave in certain ways and helps identify any trapped emotions that may have contributed to these patterns.
Through reframing and removing the emotional charge attached to these trapped emotions by working on specific memory’s and past events, clients can gain a new perspective on past experiences and move forward more comfortably.
Belief Coding® incorporates a variety of science-backed and spiritual techniques, drawing from Positive Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Kinesiology, Meditation, Hypnosis, Matrix Re-imprinting, Emotion Code, Energy Healing, and Distance Reiki.
These diverse approaches provide a holistic and comprehensive framework for personal growth and transformation, but Belief Coding® is very much its own modality with a very structured process that gets to the root problem quickly and effectively.
Belief Coding® was developed by the amazing Jessica Cunningham, and I have had the privilege of training with her to obtain my accreditation as a Belief Coding® facilitator.
The number of Belief coding® sessions required can vary depending on the specific discomfort or issue you are addressing and depending on each individual. Each session focuses on one specific discomfort or issue.
There have been many discomforts cleared or significantly reduced in 1-3 sessions. However, if the discomfort is more significant and affects multiple areas of your life, more facilitations may be required.
It is important to note that even big discomforts can sometimes be traced back to one specific emotion or event in your life. In such cases, it is possible for even big discomforts to clear in 1-3 sessions. What may feel big to you may not take as long as you think.
The duration of the sessions will be tailored to your individual needs and progress, ensuring that you receive the support necessary to achieve the desired results.
No, coaching and Belief Coding® cannot guarantee specific outcomes. The outcome of coaching is dependent on the client’s openness to change, willingness to create a new mindset, and commitment to doing the inner and outer work required for implementation. The coach provides guidance and support, but the client is ultimately responsible for their own growth, healing and transformation.
I often compare it to a Personal Trainer giving two clients a similar amazing exercise and diet plan… If one client puts the work in, they will get results…. If the other client doesn’t make the necessary changes to their mindset & lifestyle, then their results will not be on the same level…. if any at all.
As a coach we are here to support, motivate and keep you accountable to getting the results you desire, we can give you the tools, but we can’t make you use them.

Belief Coding cognitive rewiring® has been shown to have positive effects on various conditions alongside the general help from your Dr or specialists.
For example, personally, I have significantly reduced Asthma symptoms and effectively managed Graves Disease symptoms alongside the medical support provided by my consultant.
Results can not be guaranteed but these sessions really help support your current treatment and may help to control your symptoms by reducing any stress you may be carrying around with you.
