1. General Policy
All payments made for services provided by Inspired by TLC Wilson are non-refundable. This includes payments for individual sessions, block sessions, courses, and group programs.
By booking and submitting payment, you are committing to the service and reserving time and space that is not made available to others.
2. Session Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule it with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Any rescheduling within 48 hours of the session time is handled at my discretion and may result in the session being forfeited if no agreement can be reached.
If I need to reschedule a session, I will make every effort to provide at least 48 hours’ notice and work with you to find a new time.
Each block of sessions must be completed within a set timeframe from the date of the first session: - Blocks of 3 within 6 weeks - Blocks of 6 within 12 weeks - Blocks of 12 within 24 weeks
Sessions are typically held weekly or fortnightly, but may also be taken more frequently if desired (e.g. every 2–3 days), depending on availability. However, a minimum 48-hour gap is recommended between sessions to allow integration of the work. Long delays or excessive rescheduling may impact the effectiveness of the process. Extensions beyond the stated timeframe may require additional charges or a new agreement.
If there is no contact or response from the client within four weeks following their last attended session, the block may be considered inactive. Re-engagement may require a new agreement and could be subject to a remapping fee or additional charges.
3. Payment Plans
If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled instalments. Refunds are not issued for unused sessions once a payment plan has been initiated.
Missed or failed payments may lead to suspension of access to services until the outstanding amount is resolved. Stripe will securely store your card details to complete the agreed schedule of payments.
4. Block Sessions
If you book a block of sessions, your initial session acts as a deposit. If you choose not to proceed after this first session, no further payment is required. However, no refunds will be issued for the deposit or any subsequent sessions already paid for.
5. Courses and Group Programs
Courses and group programs are also non-refundable once purchased. Each course will have its own terms of access and participation. Please review the specific terms provided for that course.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In very limited cases of emergency or unforeseen hardship, I may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. These are not guaranteed and will be considered at my sole discretion.
