Here at my holistic health and wellbeing coaching practice, I want to ensure that you receive the utmost support and commitment on your journey towards positive transformation. To create a strong foundation for your success, I have established the following refund policy:

1. Wholehearted Commitment: All coaching contracts are considered binding and non-refundable. My primary goal is to help you achieve your highest level of success, and this requires a full commitment from both parties. By eliminating the option for refunds, I ensure that you are fully invested in your coaching package and ready to make the necessary changes to reach your goals.

2. Making Informed Decisions: I encourage you to take the time to carefully consider whether my coaching services align with your unique needs and aspirations before purchasing a coaching package. It is important that we are the right fit for each other, as this will greatly enhance the effectiveness of our coaching relationship.

3. Rescheduling Sessions: I understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected curveballs. If you need to reschedule a coaching session, I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice in advance. This allows me to adjust my schedule accordingly. To be eligible for a make-up session, the rescheduled session must take place within two week of the original session date. Sessions not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-up sessions.

*Rescheduling is permitted on up to TWO occasions on the original booking and the session must be completed within a month of the original date

4. Prioritising Your Wellbeing: I believe that your holistic health and wellbeing should be a top priority. By prioritising your coaching sessions, you give yourself the opportunity to fully immerse in the transformative process and maximise the benefits of your coaching package.

For my courses, group coaching programs or online trainings, I kindly ask you to refer to the specific Terms of Use provided for each respective offer.

Disclaimer for Coach Rescheduling or Cancellation:

At times, unforeseen circumstances may arise that require me, as your coach, to reschedule or cancel a coaching session. I understand the importance of maintaining the continuity of our coaching relationship and ensuring your progress is uninterrupted.

Therefore, I have implemented the following policy to address such situations:

1. Alternate Session Offering: In the event that I need to reschedule or cancel a session, I am committed to offering you another session within two weeks of the original session date. This allows us to promptly address any missed opportunities for growth and keep the momentum of your coaching journey alive.

2. Flexibility for Rescheduling: If, for any reason, I am unable to accommodate your needs within the two-week timeframe mentioned above, you are welcome to reschedule another session within 21 days of the cancelled or rescheduled session. This ensures that you have ample time to find a suitable alternative date that works for both of us. In extreme circumstances where you are unable to reschedule within 21 days then individual circumstances will always be considered so that I can still deliver the coaching you required within your personal package.

I understand the value of your time and the importance of consistency in our coaching relationship. Please know that I will make every effort to avoid rescheduling or cancelling sessions whenever possible. However, in the event that it becomes necessary, I am committed to providing you with a suitable solution that respects your commitment to personal growth and wellbeing.
