Your Starting Point Session

This is a relaxed and open space for us to connect — no pressure, no hard sell. The intention is simple: I want to get to know you.

We’ll explore what’s currently showing up for you, what you’re struggling with, and what you truly want to shift.

You’ll have space to talk openly about your goals, how you feel in your body and mind right now, and where you’d love to be instead.

From there, I’ll offer honest suggestions about what might support you best. That might be Belief Coding®, traditional coaching, A program of Breathwork or sometimes even a blend.

Both options can create real and lasting change — the difference lies in the level we’re working on.

Traditional coaching works more consciously over time, helping you build awareness and take steady steps forward.

Belief Coding® allows us to work on a subconscious level, gently uncovering and shifting emotional patterns that may be deeply rooted.

This session is as much for you to assess whether I’m the right guide for your journey as it is for me to understand how best I can support you.

So come as you are — no need to have it all figured out.

You’ll leave with more clarity on your options, and a better sense of whether this next step feels right.
