MY APPROACH

As a dedicated member of the BCCR Research Board, I’ve seen firsthand how this modality is transforming lives. I specialise in working with women — particularly around health-related issues such as weight, hormonal shifts, and perimenopause, as well as other Chronic health issues -after success of working through my own Auto-immune /Thyroid health issues— but my practice isn’t limited to women alone.

I’m currently co-authoring research on the emotional, psychological and Physical impact of menopause and how BCCR can support women through this transition with more ease, clarity, and compassion.
